Professional rules
The practice of law in Morocco is governed by Law no. 28-08 on the organisation of the legal profession and by the professional rules of the Oujda Bar Association, of which Maître Mourad Essbissi is a member.
In accordance with those rules, this website contains no indication of fees, no success rate, no case results and no guarantee of outcome. Fees are set according to the nature and complexity of the file, after an initial consultation and before any commitment.
Professional secrecy
A lawyer is bound by professional secrecy. It covers all information and documents entrusted to the office, including at a first contact that goes no further.
The contact form and WhatsApp messaging are nevertheless not appropriate channels for transmitting documents or sensitive information: those are examined at the appointment.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by Law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the Moroccan National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
The data you provide voluntarily — name, telephone, email, subject of the enquiry — is used solely to respond to you and to arrange an appointment. It is not sold, rented or used for marketing.
You have a right of access, rectification and objection, which you may exercise by writing to contact@essbissiavocat.com.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and includes no tracking scripts.
Two third-party services are called by the pages: Google Fonts, to display the typefaces, and Google Maps, for the location map on the contact page. Loading them may transmit your IP address to Google, in accordance with that provider's privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All elements of this site — text, structure, visual identity and logo — are protected under Law no. 2-00 on copyright and related rights. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.
The office's logo is a figurative mark whose use is reserved to the office.
Client reviews
The reviews reproduced on this site come from the office's Google Business Profile. They are published verbatim, in their original language, without editing or translation, and are accompanied by a link to the original profile.
They reflect the personal experience of their authors and say nothing about the likely outcome of any other case.
