Consultation request

Set out your matter, and arrange a consultation

This form is the direct route to requesting a legal consultation. It takes two minutes and lets the office place your matter before calling you back.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

Step 01

You complete the form

You state the area of law, whether proceedings have begun, and how to reach you. Nothing confidential is asked for at this stage.

Step 02

The office reviews the request

The office checks that the matter falls within its practice and that no conflict of interest arises. Not every request is accepted.

Step 03

The office contacts you

You are contacted during opening hours to agree a time. That is when the form the consultation will take is settled.

The form

Your consultation request

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the request. The rest are optional.

1. Your matter

If your matter touches on more than one area, pick the main one — you can explain further at the meeting.
Is the matter already before the courts?
This changes which time limits apply, and it is taken into account in the order requests are handled.
Preferred format
This is your preference. The format is settled with you when the office makes contact, according to the nature of the file: some steps require a signature or your presence in person.

2. How to reach you

A number the office can reach you on, WhatsApp included. Include your country code if you are outside Morocco.

3. Optional

Do not set out your case here. This form exists to arrange a meeting; the file itself is discussed at that meeting, which is covered by professional secrecy.

The office replies during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm — Morocco time (GMT+1).

Sending this form creates no lawyer-client relationship and does not amount to legal advice. The office is engaged only once it has expressly accepted the file. The information you send is used solely to handle your request, is not passed to third parties, and can be deleted on request to contact@essbissiavocat.com.

Frequently asked questions

Before you send your request

The questions that come up most often about appointments and consultations.

Is a remote consultation possible?

Yes. The office consults remotely, by telephone or through modern communication channels, for clients who do not live in Oujda and for Moroccans living abroad. A remote consultation is covered by the same duty of confidentiality as a meeting at the office. Some steps do require a signature or a personal appearance — a power of attorney, for instance, which for a client abroad is usually executed before a Moroccan consulate. The office tells you at the first exchange whether your matter is one of them.

How are fees determined?

Fees are set according to the nature of the file, its complexity and the work it requires, after an initial consultation that makes the scope clear. They are stated before any commitment is made, so that no step is taken before you know what it will cost. No figure can be published in advance on this website, because it would depend on matters specific to each case.

What should I bring to a first appointment?

Your identity document, together with everything relating to the matter: contracts, correspondence, summonses, police reports, any judgment or notification you have already received, and receipts or proof of payment. A short written summary of the facts in date order saves a considerable amount of time. Bring the originals and, if possible, a copy. If your documents are in a language other than Arabic or French, mention it when you make the appointment: a certified translation may be needed for the court.

Would you rather write directly?

WhatsApp stays open for a brief question or an urgent situation. For a consultation request, the form above is the faster route.
